The CEO
Jordan Nii Amankwah is a Ghanaian entrepreneur, safety and heavy equipment training professional, and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Montalos Africa Limited.
With over 15 years of professional experience in heavy equipment operations, warehouse management, technical instruction, and workforce development, he has built a reputation for excellence in training, safety, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, Jordan has successfully trained and mentored individuals in the safe operation of forklifts, excavators, loaders, reach trucks, and other heavy equipment.
His expertise extends beyond technical instruction to curriculum development, classroom management, workplace safety, and organizational capacity building.
His commitment to developing competent professionals has helped many trainees secure employment and advance their careers across multiple industries.Before establishing Montalos Africa Limited, Jordan served in key operational and training roles with organizations including Accra Brewery Limited, Katals Global Company Limited, Vamlab Company Limited, RTM Services, and Hitahs.
These experiences strengthened his leadership abilities and deepened his understanding of industrial operations, logistics, occupational safety, and professional training.Jordan holds several professional certifications in Forklift Operations, Transport Management, Technical Education, Driving, and Forklift Refresher Training. He is committed to continuous learning and ensuring that industry best practices and international safety standards remain at the heart of every training program delivered by Montalos Africa Limited.

About Me
Welcome! I am Stephen Bortequaye, an Electrical Engineer, Industrial Powered Truck Trainer, Professional Forklift Operating Trainer, Forklift Operator, Logistics Specialist, Safety Advocate, and Pastor.
I have over seven years of experience in forklift operator training and more than five years in electrical engineering, material handling, warehouse operations, logistics, and industrial equipment management.
I am committed to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable services while promoting productivity and workplace safety. My background spans electrical engineering, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and industrial operations.
As an Industrial Powered Truck Trainer, I train, assess, and certify operators in the safe use of forklifts and other powered industrial trucks. I focus on safety, competence, and compliance with industry standards.
In my pastoral ministry, I serve with compassion, integrity, and faith, offering guidance and leadership that support growth and positive impact.
My Electrical Engineering background gives me a strong foundation in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
